Boys & Girls Clubs of Chaffee County  (BGCCC) has embarked on a new, once-in-a-generation, challenge. Our kids need a new home – a place where they can be themselves; a place to learn and grow; a true home away from home. We need your support and help in building great futures and building a new home.

We offer life-enhancing programs, character development, hope and opportunity for the future. We are giving you the opportunity to change the life of a child and to ensure the vitality of the community in which we live by investing with us for the future.

I signed up to volunteer as a Board member since retiring from the Hewlett Packard Company after working there for 34 years. When my wife and I moved to Salida, we fell in love with the location, community and the outdoors. Serving on the Boys & Girls Clubs board has been an amazing experience and allows me to give of my heart and share my expertise from my work experience. I have been the Chair for the last two years and I am excited to lead the Capital Campaign Committee. When I give to the Boys & Girls Clubs I get so much back and I am convinced you will too! Together we can leave a legacy that has huge impact on the outcomes fors our youth, our families and our community.
